How do I order?

More than easy. Once you have liked the product and clicked "Add to cart" the checkout menu opens. Fill in your personal information, delivery details and payment method and click "Send". Finally, a confirmation that the order was successful is displayed.

Is it safe to shop online?

Completely. In Spot currently supports two payment methods:

1. By debit or credit card - contrary to most beliefs, this is an extremely secure method of payment. One of the reasons for this is that the card number is encrypted with a 256-bit code, to which we have no access.
2. Cash on delivery - is still a very popular option among our customers, simply because you pay what is in front of your eyes.

What are the usual delivery times?

Usually 1-3 days. An exception is a group of products from our list, whose delivery time is 2-4 weeks. Learn more at our supply policy .

How can I request a return?

1. Contact us via live chat, contact form , email or phone
2. Specify the reason for the return
3. We confirm the request and send you return guidelines

How long after I purchase the product do I have the right to return it?

We stand by our principles, and 30 days right of return is one of them. The customer can expect to receive a refund within 14 days of the request, but the process is usually much faster.

Can I take advantage of the InSpot service without having to bring the product to my own address?

Absolutely, that's why our service plans have them Standard + Shipping and Express + Delivery (priority service). We take care of the transport and you save time for the more important things.
