Domestic Supply Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we have a large volume of orders, deliveries may be delayed by several days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in sending your order, we will contact you by email or phone.

Delivery rates and weather forecasts

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed upon payment.

* The delivery method depends entirely on the product purchased by the customer. He will be notified of the cost of delivery on the checkout page.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email for the shipment containing your tracking numbers. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, duties and taxes

In Spot is not responsible for the customs and taxes attached to your order. All fees charged during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damage

In the event of damage, contact us with a detailed description of the problem and product photos. This way we will turn the case over to the responsible carrier.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
