RICOH P501, A4, 43 ppm rental for 36 months

Valley Computers offers the RICOH P501 laser printer.

This is a flexible, cost-effective and comfortable form, as it does not require an initial investment. It drops offering service, maintenance and delivery of consumables and thus reduce the cost of printing. The rental contract is concluded for a period of 36 months.

Monthly charges the agreed rental amount and the number of printed pages. The information is taken by the machine counter.

Print management services (MPS) are seen as a new business model due to zero maintenance costs, zero cost of purchasing consumables, zero depreciation costs, possibility of pre-planning printing and optimization depending on monthly consumption.

Terms of use of RICOH P501 with 36 month contract:

• Monthly payment of the rent amount of BGN 5 excluding VAT
• Monthly pay from 5 euros without VAT for remote surveillance
• Price per copy: 0.02 лв No VAT for monthly load up to 3000 copies
• Print min.1000 copies Monthly (if the limit is not reached, the value of the minimum number of copies is paid.)

Customer Requirements:

• Approval from Coface for Insurance Customer payments for contract term
• The room in which the machine will be installed to have a fire system, not in a ground or underground floor
